1) Approval of minutes from previous sessions No At No. 23 28;

2) Amendments to the Convention for the award scheme of the service period 2009/2012 Municipal Treasury, approved by resolution of the Civil Law 4 of 28.01.2009;

3) Quantification of areas and buildings to be devoted to residential, manufacturing and service to be divested of ownership or leasehold;

4) Plan of transfers and / or use, pursuant to art. 58 of Decree No 112/82008, converted into Law No. 133/2008;

5) Approval of the 2009-2011 three-year program of public works and the list Annual Public Works ;

6) Approval of Budget forecast year 2009, budget years 2009/2011 and 2009/2011 Forecasting and Planning Report.
