Words into music: The prize "Mariposa"
will be held Saturday, Feb. 5, at the Music Hall of Saracen Island Club Hotel females (Palermo), the Eleventh Literary Prize for the musical text "Mariposa." The Award instituted by the association "Mariposa," directed by Salvo Pistoia, aims the recognition of the literary value of the lyrics, while the reporting of trials in between music, literature and poetry, expressions of a cultural concept of contamination that crosses the barriers between an artistic discipline to another. Will be given an award for artistic dignity with which they have crossed the length and breadth of the history of Italian music.
